Grand Theft Auto: Vice City
My complete guide for Vice City is on
this one page, so use Find (Ctrl + F) to search for the missions you're
looking for. When the 'Find' search box pops up, enter the codes
(the number in between the [ ]'s) and hit 'Next' to get to the
corresponding mission. Keep in mind that this guide is for the PS2
version, so things may be slightly different if you're playing it on
Xbox or PC.

New Features to the Series
[NWFT]
- Your character actually talks.
- Tires can be shot out, affecting your vehicle's handling.
- Motorcycles.
- You can jump out of a moving vehicle.
- You can change clothes. Doing this will even clear a wanted level of up to two stars (any more than that and it has no effect).
- Helicopters and airplanes (with wings!).
- You can purchase properties for more save points, weapon spawn points, and car storage.
- You can purchase businesses to earn a regular income.
- Three tiers of weapons; a total of 32 (if you have the original version, add tear gas for 33).
- Visiting a Pay-N-Spray doesn't immediately clear your wanted stars. The cops will stop chasing you then, but the stars will still blink on your screen for a few seconds. If you commit any crime while they're still blinking, you gain all of your stars back.

Storyline
After the intro scenes,
you don't have any immediate missions, so either explore the island or
head to your hotel by following the pink blip on the radar. The game's
basic controls are displayed on screen, and you'll hear a news bulletin
on the radio explaining why you won't be able to go to the west (main)
island yet. When you get to the hotel, walk or park in the marker, then
go inside. The game will explain how to save and get started with the
storyline. If you prefer to have subititles during the game's cutscenes,
pause the game right now and go to DISPLAY. Press X to enter the menu,
scroll down to SUBTITLES and press X again to turn them on. If the
graphics ever start to make you dizzy, the option to toggle TRAILS is
just above SUBTITLES. Unless you're going for a clean game, I recommend
saving often in case your game freezes and you have to start all over.
Before starting the story, you should also complete the Paramedic and
Firefighter odd jobs to make Tommy be able to sprint without tiring and
become fireproof.
Sonny Forelli
1. An Old Friend [S001]
This is just a cutscene, giving you the skinny on what the main point of the story is.
Reward: None
Follow the 'L' blip on the radar to start your first mission.
===========================================================
Ken Rosenberg (L)
1. The Party [K002]
After the scene, get some new clothes at Rafael's (blue shirt blip) and then head to Cortez's yacht (pink blip); you don't have to take the motorcycle if you don't want to. It's just there to show a new addition to the series. Once you get to the party, you'll be introduced to the major players of the story, so you might want to pay attention. Afterwards, drop Mercedes off at the strip club. Head back to Ken's office to start the next mission.
Reward: $100
2. Back Alley Brawl [K003]
Head to the Malibu dance club to meet up with Kent Paul. After the scene, find the chef and kill him. Hold R1 to auto-target him and press Circle to kick and punch him until he's dead. After you pick up his cell phone, you'll get a scene, after which you follow Lance. Get in his car and drive to Ammu-Nation, marked by a gun on the radar. You don't have to go inside; just drive to your hotel.
Reward: $200
You should get a call now; answer your phone by pressing L1.
3. Jury Fury [K004]
Pick up the hammer and drive to one of the jurers, marked by yellow blips on the radar. Use the hammer to smash up their cars (press Circle to use the weapon). Once the guy gets freaked, go to the other car and do the same thing.
Reward: $400
You'll get another call, from Sonny.
4. Riot [K005]
Your first tough mission. Go to Rafael's again to pick up some construction clothes, then head to the pink blip. Punch 4 workers to start a riot, and try to lose as less health as possible. After the scene, kill the security guard in the gated area and take his gun. Keep your distance and shoot the red barrel next to the eastern truck to blow it up. You'll have to shoot directly at the other truck until it starts on fire. If you run out of ammo, hit it with your hammer, if you still have it from the last mission, or your fists.
Reward: $1,000
Avery Carrington's mission strand is now available. You'll get phone calls from Cortez, opening up his mission strand, and another from an anonymous caller asking you to get to a payphone - check out the Assassinations mission strand. Avery's opened first, so I'll go with his next.
===========================================================
Avery Carrington (A)
1. Four Iron [A006]
Before starting the mission, get a weapon you can do a drive-by with. After the scene, follow the blue shirt icon to Jacksports and pick up a golf suit. Then go down the road to Leaf Links Golf Course (make sure you car is in mint condition) and through the metal detector (you'll lose any weapons (other than melee) you had here, but you can get them back when you leave). Get in the nearby Caddy and you'll automatically get a golf club. Follow the yellow blip to your target at the driving range. Once you walk up the stairs, the guy will get spooked, hop in his Caddy, and drive away. Get back into your ride and chase after him, ramming his Caddy until he finally heads toward the exit and gets in his car. Quickly get your weapons back and ram and shoot at him until his car explodes.
Reward: $500
*You can now wear the golf club suit by picking it up in front of the entrance to Leaf Links.
2. Demolition Man [A007]
Get to the Top Fun van near the building site to be demolished. Once you're inside, you'll get a tutorial on what to do. Take a minute to get used to the helicopter's controls and handling, then pick up a bomb. Take it to the barrel on the ground floor, in front of the stairs. Rember that your helicopter's propellor is a weapon, so shred up any guys that try to attack you, but avoid any gunmen at all costs or risk damage - or even death - to your helicopter. Get the next bomb and use the stairs in the middle of the building to take it to another barrel. I prefer going from top to bottom, but that's just me. If you're not comfortable with the controls, this mission will take a few tries. Once you plant the last bomb, you'll immediately get a cutscene; no escape necessary... or even possible.
Reward: $1,000
===========================================================
Colonel Juan Garcia Cortez (C)
1. Treacherous Swine [C008]
Follow the pink blip on the radar to Gonzalez's penthouse and walk inside. Chase after him and kill him with the chainsaw. Once he's outside, run him over or dice him. Either way, you'll get a two-star wanted level which you'll need to clear to complete the mission. Get in a car and head to the Pay-N-Spray in Vice Point.
Reward: $250
2. Mall Shootout [C009]
Get a gun you can do drive-bys with before starting. After the scene, meet the courier at the mall. After another scene, escape the building as fast as possible, grab a car, and chase after the courier on his bike. Either shoot at him or ram him off the bike, kill him, then take the chips to Cortez.
Reward: $500
3. Guardian Angels [C010]
Get to the multistory carpark to pick up some firepower. Get in Lance's car and drive to the drop off. After the quick scene, climb up the stairs on your right and crouch down using L3, while aiming your gun with R1 (Circle to fire). Now's the time to change your aiming to normal if you want. Pause the game, go to CONTROLS, then turn INVERT off if you want. When the moment comes, kill the gang that shows up in low riders (blue shirts). Watch your radar for yellow blips, representing reinforcements. Protect Diaz and Lance at all costs. After another scene, grab the gun on the street, get on the dropped dirtbike, and chase after the gangster. Follow him through the alley and shoot him until he falls. Pick up the briefcase and take it back to Diaz.
Reward: $1,000
*Diaz will call, opening up his mission strand and Starfish Island.
===========================================================
Assassinations
1. Road Kill [A011]
Follow the white and black phone icon on the radar to start these missions. For this mission, you need to get to the pizza delivery guy before he finishes his route and kill him. Do a simple drive-by or crash into him to knock him off his scooter and run him over.
Reward: $500
*You'll get another call from this mystery man, setting up another call in another part of the city.
2. Waste the Wife [A012]
You'll need a car for this one because it has to look like a car accident; no guns allowed. Stop your car into the marker to get the mission rolling, then keep crashing into her car until it explodes.
Reward: $2,000
*Another call to set up the next mission.
3. Autocide [A013]
You have 9 minutes to assassinate 6 men. First, get to the blue blip on the radar to pick up weapons that are supplied for you. Take the PCJ-600 (motorcycle) as well; it's fast and can get through traffic easier than a car. Get to the first yellow blip and use your sniper rifle to take out the guy up on the billboard. At the second yellow blip, you'll find a van with the target inside - DON'T GET TOO CLOSE! Go south, down the street on either side of him and get into the alley. Go up the stairs you were on in 'Guardian Angels' and snipe the guy's head from here. If you're seen, you'll have to chase him down; just use your machine gun to shoot at him from your bike. For the third target, it's pretty much the same deal, but it's a little harder to avoid being seen. For the fourth assassination, find the guy in the alley and kill him; be mindful of his shotgun - very powerful. You'll find the fifth guy on a boat; just pull out your sniper rifle and shoot him from land. For the sixth and final assassination, do a drive-by on the guy this guy; he's riding a motorcycle.
Reward: $4,000
*The last two missions aren't available until you unlock the second island; you'll get a call when that happens.
===========================================================
Ricardo Diaz (D)
1. The Chase [R014]
Drive to the theif's house. After you look through his window, chase him up to the roof. From here, chase after him some more, jumping the rooftops. If you fall, you're going to have to go back to the front stairs and try again. When you get to the end, drop down and get on the Faggio parked here. Follow him all the way to Prawn Island, and keep a safe distance to avoid bullets. If your car gets too damaged, quickly get out and steal another when you get the chance. Do not kill the thief, you only need to find out where he's hiding the cash.
Reward: $1,000
2. Phnom Penh '86 [R015]
Make sure you have full health before starting this mission. Lance will fly you over the mansion you just followed a theif to, along with the two others on the street. Watch the screen for instructions on how to use the turret and practice your aiming; you're really going to need it when Lance is hovering around the mansions. Shoot all of the gangsters, and blow up the cars/barrels if anyone is standing near one. Once Lance gets back to the yellow mansion and you kill everyone here, he will lower you onto the ground; you get to keep your gun. Go around to the south side of the building, up the front steps, and shoot everyone inside from the doorway. Next, climb up the stairs and go south, up another staircase behind a broken wall. There will be a gangster here that you'll have to kill. Once on the roof, grab the briefcase to trigger another cutscene where Lance will pick you up and drop you off on Diaz's front steps.
Reward: $2,000
*The bridges to the main island are now open, as are the rest of the Assassination missions. If you get in a car, you can listen to the report on the radio. You'll also get a call from Cortez, opening up the continuation of his mission strand.
3. The Fastest Boat [R016]
Make sure you have full health and a gun with plenty of ammo before starting. Drive to the docks in Vice Port, at the south end of the west island, and steal the boat. You'll get shot at immediately when you enter the boatyard's property line. Kill everyone in sight as you work your way into the garage. Walk into the pink marker to lower the boat and kill the backup that arrives. Walk out onto the dock and get in; just press Triangle while standing next to it, you don't need to jump on. Now you just have to deliver the boat to the dock behind Diaz's mansion while avoiding the three-star wanted level you'll undoubtedly have. It's not hard though, just floor it straight to the dock.
Reward: $4,000
*I just noticed this, but Avery's mission strand is also back open.
4. Supply & Demand [R017]
Take the boat you just stole and get to the cargo before Diaz's competitors. This shouldn't be too hard; there's a reason the game keeps calling this "the fastest boat." Once you reach the cargo boat, you'll once again have to take care of the enemy while Lance drives. Do your best to shoot the enemies and not your own boat. Keep your eyes peeled for the dock, helicopter, and boats with gunmen. Diaz pays well!
Reward: $10,000
*The tracksuit outfit has been delivered to Jacksports. Lance will call; nothing important.
===========================================================
Assassinations (Cont'd)
1. Check Out At The Check-In [A018]
Find the sniper rifle (yellow blip on radar) and aim south to find the woman coming down the escalator and then asking a man the time. When they're done talking, shoot the guy and take his briefcase. A good vantage point would be the information booth (blue awning) just southwest of the phone you answered. You'll get a two-star wanted level after the hit, so quickly grab the briefcase and get to the Downtown Ammu-Nation in one piece. Once you leave the airport on the only entrance/exit street, a couple cars full of armed men will come out of a south parking lot and shoot at you. If you can lose them without suffering too much damage, do it, and get to a Pay-N-Spray if needed. Some cops closed me in, so my car was blown up and I ran into the parking lot they came out of (there's an armor pickup near the northwest corner) and shot at them from on top of a trailer in there (their cars are bulletproof, so aim for the guy sticking out of the sunroof). Once they were taken care of, I stole a car and continued on to Ammu-Nation.
Reward: $8,000
*The final Assassinations mission won't be available until you purchase the Malibu club and complete its "The Shootist" mission.
===========================================================
Colonel Cortez (Cont'd) (C)
1. Sir, Yes Sir! [C019]
This is by far the hardest mission yet, so before starting the mission, get a rocket launcher, which you can find in the pool at the Hooker Inn Express (orange hotel) just east of the airport on the west island, and a sniper rifle, which you can find in the maze at Diaz's mansion. Now save your game so if you die, you can just reload and get your guns back. After the cutscene, get to the west island to head off the army and stop in front of the hospital next to the bridge to Starfish Island. Aim your rocket launcher north, where the army is coming from. As soon as you see them, blow up the trucks first. You don't want them rushing at you and running you over, and you should be far enough away that the soldiers aren't too big of a threat. Once the trucks are taken care of, use a sniper rifle to pick off the soldiers. What happened to me was, I took out a couple of the trucks and one caught up to me and ran me over. I then made a run for the bridge to Starfish Island (equip a smaller gun or no gun to be able to run fast) and I shot from there with my sniper rifle, taking out every last soldier - the last truck just left. The tank then stopped in front of the hospital. I then went to try to steal the tank and it was locked, so I got in front of it and aimed inside with my sniper. The soldiers got scared and ran for it, leaving the tank wide open for me to steal. Shoot their heads if you can. Once inside, you'll get a three-star wanted level and you'll need to deliver the tank to Cortez's lockup before it self destructs - see the 'Detonation' meter now on-screen. Pause your game and look at your map to decide the quickest route there. Just know that it's not in an alley, like the blip on the map may suggest. You enter the garage from the street on the west side of the blip. You'll lose your wanted level once you reach the marker. Just make sure you save again. You don't want to have to repeat this mission if your game freezes or something like that happens.
Reward: $2,000
*You'll get a call from Kent Paul, opening up his mission strand.
===========================================================
Avery Carrington (Cont'd) (A)
1. Two Bit Hit [A020]
Get a sniper rifle before starting; you can find one in the maze at Diaz's casino. Follow the blue shirt blip on the radar to the clothing store in Little Havana to pick up a gang uniform. Then head to Romero's and kill the gang lord. Enter the area from the south and stop before the road block. Use your sniper from here and kill the guy with the pink arrow floating over his head. Now get out of the area to earn your reward.
Reward: $2,500
*The gang uniform is now available at the store you pick it up at. You'll get a call from a Cuban gangster, opening up his mission strand at his dad's cafe in Little Havana.
===========================================================
Kent Paul (K)
1. Death Row [K021]
Another fairly tough mission in which you'll need a gun with plenty of ammo and full health and armor before starting (buy armor at Ammu-Nation). Get to the junkyard on the west island ASAP - Lance's health is dropping. Kill the three guys at the entrance (don't destroy the car; it's your getaway) and anyone inside. Make sure you pick up the money they drop; they've got a lot of it. Just be quick about it. Lance is tied up in the shed near the back, and his health is still dropping. After you get to Lance and watch the cutscene, drive Lance to the hospital; there's a Sentinel right next to the shed you're in. Once you reach the street, a few cars full of Haitian gangsters will chase after you and ram your car. Quickly get onto the main road and go north to the Downtown hospital.
Reward: None
*Diaz's mission strand is open again. Cortez calls you, opening up his mission strand again too, but for now, follow the symbol blip on the radar to Little Havana and meet up with the Cuban that called you earlier.
===========================================================
Umberto Robina
1. Stunt Boat Challenge [U022]
After the cutscenes, you'll be in a boat, with which you need to get through a series of checkpoints in three minutes. Go through the first one to get started. This mission is simple enough; just be on the look out for ramps you need to jump and keep an eye on the radar to locate upcoming checkpoints. Be a real mang and pass it on your first try!
Reward: $1,000
*Auntie Paulet, of the Haitian gang, will call, opening up her mission strand. It's marked on the radar by a voodoo doll.
2. Cannon Fodder [U023]
Befores starting, make sure you have full health and armor, and a gun with plenty of ammo; a Kruger will really help you hear, but you need something that you can auto-aim as well. I also recommend saving, once you've collected all your equipment in case you die in the mission. Get a four-door car and stop in front of Robina's cafe. Once the Cubans are in, drive to Little Haiti to provide backup for a shootout between the Cubans and Haitians. Use your Kruger to blow up the car and kill the surrounding Haitians, then continue down the alley and kill anyone you left alive. After another scene, pick up the sniper rifle that's almost straight ahead of you to the left and take out the sniper on the roof. After a third scene, immediately get in the van and back it straight out of the alley. You can do a burnout to move the back wheels of the van out to face the alleyway by holding Square and X at the same time, while pressing Right on the D-pad to turn the rear of the car towards the alley. Back straight over the gangsters at the gate and get onto the road. Chances are your van is damaged and you've got a two-star wanted level now, so pause your game to look at your map and find the quickest route to a Pay-N-Spray (try your best not to crash into anything on the way), then take the van to Robina's cafe.
Reward: $2,000
3. Naval Engagement [U024]
Get full health and armor before starting, as well as a gun with plenty of ammo. This is one of those missions that you'll probably want to save beforehand once you've acquired all your equipment. Head near the main entrance to Vice Port to meet up with Rico. He'll take you to the meet. When his boat stops, do your best to kill all the gangsters on the two boats (use your own gun, not the Kruger you're given). Crouching should provide protection from some of their bullets. Do NOT waste time shooting the guys on land, life is precious! Once they're all dead, you'll appear on land. You see the doorway-type opening to your left (east)? Don't go through there or the guy with the shotgun will kill you. There's a briefcase in the little hut on the dock that you need to pick up, so kill everyone around you and get in there. You can now use your Kruger to carefully take out the guy on the roof and the guys in front of the house that are out of range for your auto-target gun. Once they're dead, follow the pink blip on the radar to pick up the last briefcases. You'll get another scene showing the Haitians blowing up Rico and his boat, and you'll get a four-star wanted level. Use your gun to take out the two Haitians on land. Don't go near the northeast corner of the building you're next to or you'll meet another guy with a shotgun; run around the south side of the mansion and get out onto the street (try not to get run over by a cop), steal a vehicle (if you're having trouble with this, there's a Banshee that spawns in front of the western house in the center of the island), and get to either the nearest Pay-N-Spray or go straight to Umberto's and walk through his front door.
Reward: $4,000
*The rest of Umberto's missions aren't available until you finish Auntie Paulet's missions.
===========================================================
Ricardo Diaz (Cont'd) (D)
1. Rub Out [R025]
Get full health, armor, and a gun with a ton of ammo before starting (get the sniper rifle out of Diaz's maze before starting too). This is another mission that you'll probably want to save beforehand, once you've collected all your equipment. This isn't so much a mission for Diaz as it is against him, as you have probably guessed. Your job is to kill Diaz and not let Lance's health run out. Don't bother going to the front door; it's locked. You'll also save yourself some life by not going there. Walk around to the backyard, killing any of Diaz's men, and then Lance will pretty much lead you to the rear entrance to the mansion. In the pool area, the door is in the northeast corner; don't worry if Lance gets stuck in the pool, he'll reappear once you enter the building. From here, follow the hall down and keep climbing the stairs and killing enemies until Diaz's pink blip turns from a triangle to a square. Go down the red hallway and after the left turn, kill the guy at the end. Kill the enemies in this room until you get a cutscene with Diaz. Afterwards, head back into the hallway and go in a ways so Lance will follow you. From the entrance of the hall, take out your sniper rifle or the gun Lance gave you and shoot Diaz from here, so you don't risk Lance's life (for me, Lance had almost nothing left at this point). After a few hits, Diaz will run into his office and run around in circles (atleast, he did for me; this seems kinda wierd). I just kept shooting him from the hall entrance whenever I could see him through his door. After a few more shots he will go down and you'll get another cutscene and you'll acquire Diaz's mansion, getting a new safe house and the biggest reward yet. You'll definitely want to save your game now.
Reward: $50,000
*The Vercetti mission strand is now available. You'll get a call from Kent Paul, opening up the Love Fist mission strand. You'll also get a call from Sonny.
===========================================================
Colonel Cortez (Part 3) (C)
1. All Hands on Deck! [C026]
Get full health, armor, and a gun with plenty of ammo before starting (both an auto-target machine gun and a Kruger would be best). After the scene, kill the guys on the attacking boats. You'll then get a short scene showing a block in Cortez's path. Get to the front of the boat and destroy the ones ahead. More enemies in boats will circle the yacht and shoot at you, as well as some that actually jump onto the yacht. Kill them all and clear the path as soon as possible. If you run out of ammo with your Kruger (or even if you don't have one), there's one that spawns in the center of the boat, on this top deck. Pretty soon helictopers will fly over head and drop enemies. If you need to, take cover in that center stair well and fire from there to avoid being shot yourself. After you take out two choppers, a Hunter (military helicopter) will come and you'll need the Kruger to take it down. This thing takes about twice the bullets as the Mavericks you just took out. You'll get your final cutscene and the mission is over.
On my first try with this mission, I got this glitch where I kept picking up the Kruger, but I didn't get the gun - it disappeard from it's spawn point and made the sound like it usually does when you pick up a weapon, but I never got it. If this happens to you, you're screwed. I even tried unloading all of my weapons, but no dice. Either restart your game (if you saved) or jump into the water (go to the lower deck and walk off the front) and drown and restart the mission. Save!
Reward: $5,000
*You'll get another call from Kent Paul.
===========================================================
Auntie Paulet
1. Juju Scramble [A027]
Make sure you have full health and armor before starting; a gun might help too. Here's the path I used for this mission. Once you pick up the first package, you'll get a two-star wanted level, and that will increase to four when you pick up the second. My car was smoking black at this point, so I stole one of the cop cars that was chasing me and finished the mission with that. Go into the alley marked on the map to pick up the police bribe and lower your wanted level to 3 for the trip to the final package. Once you pick that up, you'll get a five-star wanted level. From the short alley with the package, go into the alleyway across the street and a little to the east and hit the ramp as fast as you can to collect another police bribe and drop your wanted level to 4. You're pretty close to Paulet's house now, so just cut across the yard (or continue through the alley then go through her yard, depending on where you landed), and drive into the marker in front of her house to finish.
Reward: $1,000
2. Bombs Away! [A028]
Get to the Top Fun van and get inside to take control of the RC airplane. In the cutscene, take note of the speedboat pointing away from land. The controls are displayed on-screen and you don't have a time limit, so get used to flying before attempting this. Always keep your thumb on X, or your plane will dive and possibly crash into the water. Your plane has unlimited bombs, but you're limited to three planes, so be very careful. Drop the first bomb on the back of that speedboat that's pointing away from land. If done correctly, it's possible to blow up the other two as well. Once they see you drop a bomb, they'll all open fire, so fly high and keep bombing until you destroy all three boats and the target on land. You can also pull a kamakaze and crash into the targets to destroy them, so if they're taking your plane out of range, that's a good last resort trick.
Reward: $2,000
3. Dirty Lickin's [A029]
Auntie Paulet will give you a sniper rifle during the cutscene. Quickly run to the south side of the building with the pink blip and pick up the Adrenaline pill under the stairs. Now use the stairs to get to the top of the building and get a good vantage point (pink marker) to snipe the Cubans. The Adrenaline pill will slow down time to it's easier to shoot them. Keep shooting the Cubans until their backup van arrives. Be prepared to shoot every gangster that comes out of it. Do the same thing when the next van arrives, but shoot a little ahead of the person you're aiming at. Because they're running, the bullet will miss them if you aim right at the person. This mission will probably take a few tries, but atleast you're not risking any of your own health, and Paulet's house is just across the street to restart.
Reward: $5,000
*Umberto's mission strand is back open.
===========================================================
Tommy Vercetti (V)
1. Shakedown [T030]
I accidentally started this mission, so I might as well do the guide for it. I'll do the rest of the mission strand when I get to it. Get to the mall in Vice Point as soon as possible. Go inside the mall and smash the windows at each of the pink blips on the radar; just use a gun. You can get up to a five-star wanted level in here just from shooting the windows and cops, but you shouldn't have too much trouble with just the cops shooting at you, and you'll lose it once the mission is complete.
Reward: $2,000
*You can now buy businesses around Vice City. I'll have a map up soon detailing the location of each one, but for the mission guides, see the Odd Jobs section. Avery will call to give you advice on real estate.
2. Bar Brawl [T031]
You'll need health, armor, and a gun with plent of ammo for this one. Use the Sentinel parked out front to be able to haul both of your guys down to the bar near your hotel. When you get there, just run the two guards over and then walk into the marker. Next, drive to DBP Security. When you reach them, they'll open fire. Try to run as many of them over as you can, and if/when your car starts on fire, get out (ghost ride it into their little area if you can) and shoot at them. Once they're all dead, you'll get a cutscene showing two of them making a run for it. Steal a car and ram them off their bikes; don't worry if your backup doesn't get in with you, especially if you've got any wanted stars. Then just run them over.
Reward: $4,000
*You'll get a call from Lance.
3. Cop Land [T032]
Once Lance is in the car with you, get a wanted star to attract the cops, then lure two into the lockup (pink blip). You'll see a cop car next to the lockup. It's your cover, so don't damage it. If you find a cop car and there's only one cop inside, just slowly drive around, with him chasing you, until you get another one's attention. Once you've stolen their uniforms, get in the cop car on the east side of the lockup and drive to the North Point Mall. Park right by the southeast door, facing west. Go into the marker in the Tarbrush Cafe to plant the bomb. When it's set, run away - QUICK! You'll now have a 5-star wanted level. Get back in your cop car and back to your mansion. This mission is damn near impossible if you keep the 5 stars the entire trip, so I've drawn up a path for you to follow, marking police bribes along the way. Scout the path before starting the mission so you know exactly where to turn and where to collect the bribes. Once you hit the last one, you'll have lowered your wanted level to 2 stars, making it easy to get back to your mansion on Starfish Island. Do your best not to give into the frustration of all the cops crashing into you. You'll definitely want to save your game once this mission is completed.
Reward: $10,000
*The Vercetti Estate asset is now complete, and it earns $5,000 daily. You can pick it up on your front step. The cop outfit is also available at the Washington Beach police station. Go inside (unarmed) and walk into the locker room immediately to the left. Lance will call, just some more complaining.
===========================================================
Love Fist
1. Love Juice [L033]
Follow the white skull icon on the radar to begin this mission strand. After the scene, get to the dealer (pink blip) to collect the ingredients and honk your horn (L3). Once the guy runs off, chase him down and crash into him to knock him off his bike and run him over. He'll probably shoot at you with a shot gun, which will in turn probably set your car on fire; if that happens, get out and run him over with a different car (unless you've got a gun). Kent will call you (you'll automatically answer it, even if you're in a car), and then you'll need to get to Mercedes' apartment on the east island to pick her up. Once you've picked her up, you'll have two mintues to get back to Love Fist, but don't worry, you won't run into any troule.
Reward: $2,000
2. Psycho Killer [L034]
Make sure you have a drive-by gun before starting. If you don't, drive down the street straight ahead of the entrance to the studio and buy one at Ammu-Nation, then drive Love Fist's supercharged limo to the signing event down the street directly south of the studio. Once the psycho gets in his car, chase him down and shoot his car until it explodes. When he leads you north towards Ammu-Nation, stick to the left side of the road, because a dumptruck will come out of one of the alleys and block the right. Once you've completed the mission, take that limo to one of your garages and save your game; it's a rare vehicle that you won't be able to find again.
Reward: $4,000
*Kent Paul will call, opening up the Mitch Baker mission strand, marked by a black spade on the radar. The last Love Fist mission won't be open until you've completed the Mitch Baker mission strand.
===========================================================
Umberto (Cont'd)
1. Trojan Voodoo [U035]
Make sure you have full health, armor, and a gun with plenty of ammo before starting. Take Pepe to Little Haiti and steal a Voodoo car. If you remember, there is one that spawns in front of Auntie Paulet's house. Once you've got it, meet up with the other Cubans and follow them into the alley to the drug factory. Follow the on-screen instructions into the compound. Once you're past the gate, look to your left and you'll see an alley on the far side of the cement building ahead of you; make note of it because that's your escape route. Park in the marker and go inside the compound, killing any Haitians in your way. The first marker to plant the bomb is right inside the door; walk into it. The second marker is on the opposite wall of this floor. The third and final marker is at the top of the stairs. Once it's planted, run like hell out of the building and get to the escape route I mentioned a minute ago. There's a staircase in that alley that you need to climb, and you should be up it before the timer reaches zero, and you'll be safe. If you need it, there's a health pick-up at the bottom of the stairs.
Reward: $10,000
*You'll get a call from Auntie Paulet, basically telling you that the Haitians will shoot you on sight. Umberto will call you too, thanking you for your service and letting you know that you're welcome around Little Havana.
===========================================================
"Big" Mitch Baker
1. Alloy Wheels of Steel [M036]
This is your initiation test to get into Baker's gang. Find a Freeway or an Angel (no time limit to start) and stop in the marker in front of the Greasy Chopper. It's a fairly easy checkpoint race. As far as tips go, leaning forward on a motorcycle will increase your aerodynamics, making you faster, and you can use the e-brake (R1) to turn corners faster. Don't both trying to blow the bikers up before the race starts (like you can in Sunshine Auto's races) or you'll fail the mission. You can, however, nudge them during the race to try to spin them out. I don't recommend this, though, because you could just as easily spin yourself out. If you fall off your bike and the others seem to get far ahead, don't give up yet. Chances are they'll all crash into something on their own, giving you a chance for an easy comeback.
Reward: $1,000
2. Messing With the Man [M037]
Your goal is to fill your chaos meter, and there are a few ways you can go about doing this. No matter which way you pick, be sure to make all your preperations (weapons, health, armor) before the mission starts, then save. That way, if you fail the mission, you don't have to keep spending money on weapons and armor.
a) Take advantage of a wanted level. Get a gun you can do drive-bys with, with tons of ammo. Drive around shooting at cars until they explode. As your wanted level rises, your chaos meter fills more rapidly for each car destroyed, the more stars you have. Just know that, due to the 2-minute time limit, the mission will be extremely hard to complete using this strategy.
b) Prepare beforehand and blow shit up! Collect atleast 70 of the hidden packages, so the big weapons spawn at your mansion. Pick up the minigun and rocket launcher (save your game after each pick-up and they'll appear again, giving you more ammo - save your game once you've loaded up) and head over to the Greasy Chopper. Park as many cars in the street in front of the bar as possible (make sure nobody steals their car back, and don't go too far away from them or they'll disappear) and then walk into the marker to begin the mission. After the scene is over, all the cars will still be outside, waiting for you empty your artillery on them. Just be sure you're not close enough to where the blasts could hurt you. If you didn't prepare enough vehicles to fill the meter, go out to the main road and more cars should appear.
c) Use a tank! Collect atleast 90 of the hidden packages and the Rhino (tank) will spawn at Fort Baxter by the airport. Just be careful getting into the base, as the mass of soldiers will shoot at you. Get rid of your wanted level afterwards too. Park the tank outside the bar before starting, like you did the preparation vehicles in strategy b, so when you start it'll be waiting for you. Drive up and down the main road blowing up everything in your path.
Reward: $2,000
3. Hog Tied [M038]
Get health, armor, and a gun before starting (the revolver worked great for me). Get on a bike and use the stairs across the street from Ammu-Nation as a ramp to get onto its roof. As soon as you land, a gangster will run to set off an alarm. Kill anyone up here, then go downstairs and do your best to clear this area as well. You can stand in any of the open garages for cover and shoot anyonewho comes up to the door. Again, the revolver is a good weapon choice here because of the one-shot kills. Once everyone's dead, get on the bike and drive to the south end of the compound. Use the cement stairs to the east to jump out onto the street. Gang vans will now chase you all the way back to the Greasy Chopper. Once you land, go west into the alley, then when you reach the road, follow it all the way south, then east, then south again when you reach the main road. Go south a bit and make a u-turn onto the road with the bar - this path gave me very little trouble.
Reward: $4,000
*The last of the Love Fist missions is now open. Mitch will call.
===========================================================
Assassinations (Part 3)
1. Loose Ends [A039]
You'll definitely need full health, armor, and some guns with plenty of ammo. Personally, I prefer the laser sniper rifle and revolver. After the phone call, walk around to the gate and you'll find an M4. From this position, snipe the enemies ahead of you (look high and low). Go in further and you'll encounter more guards. There's an explosive red barrel to your right that can do some damage. Take cover and snipe everyone in the distance (my health was now at 49, and I started out w/full health and armor - be careful!). There's armor in the southeast corner of this compound, so work your way over there and pick it up if you need it. Next, go up the stairs in the southwest corner of the compound. Follow the roof east and you'll find health below the billboard. Continue north and go up the stairs. Up here, 5 enemies are behind the ramps making the deal. Kill them and take the merchandise, then fly to the marked helipad at the airport.
Reward: $16,000
===========================================================
Phil Cassidy
1. Gun Runner [P040]
Get a gun you can do a drive-by with and get plenty of ammo. Your goal is to ram each of the four trucks so that the guns fall off. The problems with the mission are that you have to get out of your car to pick up the guns and once you knock the second one off the truck, the runners will call in for backup in the form of armed scooterists. The trucks also travel in two groups of two, one of them with a gunman in the back. The key to this mission is patience. Get to one truck and knock the gun off. The guy in the back of one of the trucks will shoot at you - drive far away and the truck you rammed should follow after you. Now go back to where the gun dropped and pick it up; the truck with the gunman should be gone, and you should have been able to leave the pursuing truck fairly far back, leaving you safe to pick up the weapon. Do the same for the other three trucks, and be sure to go to the Pay-N-Spray whenever you get a flat or your car starts smoking. Once all the weapons are collected, you have to take out the truck drivers. You can kill the guys on scooters, but they're only a bonus (worth $100 each). Be patient with this part too. Use drive-bys to take care of the truckers (just plow through the scooterists), and get to a Pay-N-Spray whenever it's needed.
Reward: $2,000
*Phil will call, opening up his second mission.
2. Boomshine Saigon [P041]
I hope you're not doing this at night. After the scene, you're high as a kite and you need to drive Phil to the hospital. Go directly east out of Phil's place and onto the main road, then go south to the hospital. However, when you get there, he'll change his mind and want to go to an ex-army sergeon in Little Havana. Get there as quick as possible.
Reward: $4,000
*Phil's place is now an asset, and you can buy some powerful guns there. Phil will call, thanking you.
===========================================================
Love Fist (Cont'd)
1. Publicity Tour [L042]
The Love Fist limo is wired with a bomb and once you get up to speed, you won't be able to slow down very much or the bomb meter will begin to fill and explode when it does. Get onto the main road as soon as possible and drive down to Vice Port. Don't go very fast, just fast enough that the meter doesn't begin to fill, and that should save you some time. When you get near the main entrance to Vice Port, pull as wide of a U-turn as possible and drive back up the main road. My bomb was diffused by the time I reached the Pay-N-Spray. Once yours is, drive the band to the venue.
Reward: $8,000
*Mitch will call. The last two story missions won't become available until you've purchased 6 asset properties and completed their missions (for Sunshine Autos, you only need to complete 1 task to start earning money and that will count towards the Finale mission strand). See the Odd Jobs section for all the assets and their missions.
===========================================================
Finale
1. Cap the Collector [F043]
You're going to need a good drive-by gun with plenty of ammo for this one. The Mafia is taxing your businesses and you need to take the collectors out; there are three of them on dirtbikes. Get to the first collectors and kill them. Do a drive-by or knock them off the bike and run them over. If you can, pin them halfway under your car and shoot them; that way you don't run the risk of getting shot yourself. Pick up any money they drop. Rinse and repeat for the second and third collectors. For me, they first went after the boatyard, then Sunshine Autos (I stopped the second group before they got there, but the third made it).
Reward: $30,000
*Lance will call, opening up the last mission in the story.
2. Keep Your Friends Close... [F044]
You're really going to need to prepare for this one. First, there's the obvious full health and armor. Suggested weapons (get as much ammo as you can) would include a revolver, a machine gun with manual aim, and some grenades. Also make sure you have plenty of money on hand. Save once you've got everything you need, so if you fail, you can reload and get everything back. Also, if you want a couple lines of the story to make sense, change into a nice suit for this mission.
After the scene, you'll be in your office. Sonny will send waves of Mafia gangsters upstairs and you'll need to kill them before they can take any money from your safe. The money does, afterall, come out of your pocket, which is why you need so much for this mission, in case they do grab any. Just wait behind your desk with a revolver and take out anyone that reaches the top of the stairs. They will all drop plenty of money, but ignore the temptation to go out there; you'll just get killed. You'll soon get a message to go kill Lance. Exit your office to activate a quick scene, and then your health and armor will be returned to 100 if you lost any. Run to the doorway next to Lance, through the hallway, then up the spiraling stairs, and to the roof (even if you have to pass Lance, he'll reappear up there). After the roof loads, immediately run to the adrenaline pill in the corner to your left to slow down time (it helps avoid bullets), then run west along the wall to the helipad. No one is up here, and there's also a health pick-up in the mote-like trench surrounding the helipad. During your time up here, the Mafia will be in your office, stealing your cash. Don't worry about it now, just kill everyone up here as quickly as possible. From on the helipad, if you got the machine gun with the manual aim (or a sniper rifle), get just close enough to the east railing that you can see the heads of some the enemies and kill them from there. Once Lance is dead, get the health again and head back downstairs to your office, revolver ready.
After the scene, your final goal is to kill Sonny. You do not want to die this far into the mission, so keep yourself covered as much as possible. Run to the west side of the balcony that goes over the front door. Use the revolver to kill any Mafia that try to go into your office and steal money. If you have enough money that you know it won't matter if a little gets taken, don't worry if you miss some of them. Just lob grenades down to Sonny. It should only take about 3 explosions to finish him off. After the final scene, let the credits roll (or skip them by pressing X) and enjoy your underwhelming reward.
Reward: $30,000
*Kent Paul, Colonel Cortez, Kent Paul (again), and eventually you'll get calls from Ernest Kellie (the printworks guy; I didn't get this call for a while) and Steve, the porn director.
Sonny Forelli
1. An Old Friend [S001]
This is just a cutscene, giving you the skinny on what the main point of the story is.
Reward: None
Follow the 'L' blip on the radar to start your first mission.
===========================================================
===========================================================
===========================================================
===========================================================
===========================================================
===========================================================
===========================================================
===========================================================
===========================================================
===========================================================
===========================================================
===========================================================
===========================================================
===========================================================
===========================================================
Love Fist
===========================================================
===========================================================

Finale

First, go inside and make a left into the locker room to change into the police uniform (this won't be there until you've completed the said mission). Now go down to the staircase at the end of the hallway, on the right. The package is in the office at the opposite side of the room.
18. Washington Beach. Drive to the north end of the road running along the beach, then go directly east out onto the sand. The package is on the steps of the lifeguard hut just south of you.

The package is in the walled-off room below you, and the only way to get in there is to jump through the hole in the cieling. The easiest way I've found to get in there is to stand at the point just before the balcony is broken and to jump from there. Good luck!
47. Prawn Island. In the alley in the southeast section of the island.
48. Prawn Island. On the roof of the blue building next to Stage D. It's possible to get up there by using a series of ramps in the southeast section of the island (one of which is a USJ), but as long as it could take to perfect your landing, it's easier to go to the Downtown police station and steal the helicopter on its roof.

35 Rampages
[OJ02]
Click here for a map detailing the location of each rampage. Each one has to be completed with the weapon they give you (cars won't count either, unless it's in the job description). The first rampage you complete is worth $50, and the reward increases by $50 for each one completed afterwards.
EAST ISLAND:
1. Ocean Beach: Destroy 10 Vehicles in 2 Minutes (RPG). Take a helicopter or boat out to the offshore dock. Use your rocket launcher to take out 10 boats; or you can drive your boat/helicopter back to land and shoot some cars there. There is a gang that hangs out around the streets by the docks, so if you used a helicopter, land it on a roof and shoot cars from there (I was having trouble getting cars to spawn until I landed on a specific roof and looked over the east side onto the street; it's marked on the map by a yellow blip).
2. Ocean Beach: Kill 30 Gang Members in 2 Minutes (Molotov Cocktails). This rampage is located on the beach's beaten path, by a bush, and is pretty easy, as gangsters are standing around in packs. If you completed the firefighter odd job, you're fireproof, making it even easier.
3. Ocean Beach: Run Over and Kill 30 Gang Members in 2 Minutes (Car). You'll find this rampage by the water, just north of the lighthouse. Go back to the location of rampage #2 to find the packs of gangsters. Unfortunately, the Haitians are hanging around this time, and they're armed. As long as you keep moving fairly quickly, you don't risk a chance of being pulled out, and your car should be able to survive the gunfire.
4. Ocean Beach: Kill 25 Gang Members in 2 Minutes (Sniper Rifle). To get to this rampage, get to the top level of the parking garage (where the Cone Crazy odd job is done), go up the southwest ramp, and drop down to the lower roof. Your weapon is a sniper rifle, so you might as well stay up here.
5. Ocean Beach: Kill 10 Gang Members in 2 minutes (Katana). From the Pay-N-Spray, go north and take your first right. Immediately before the alley on your left, go into the yard. The rampage is behind this first building. Make sure you have full health and armor before beginning; some of these guys are armed, and it takes a few slices to kill someone with a katana. If you're nearing death, there's an armor pick-up at the top of the stairs in the area across the street to the south of said alley (just north of P-N-S)
6. Ocean Beach: Kill 20 Gang Members in 2 Minutes (Chainsaw). From #4, go north towards the gas station. Before you reach it, there will be a pink hotel on your left; go in the open gate then turn south to find this Rampage. If you want an especially fun rampage, pause the game and turn the trails on (Display). It's easy enough to run through a group of gangsters with your chainsaw spinning.
7. Ocean Beach: Kill 25 Gang Members in 2 Minutes (M4). From the hospital, go south and take your first right. At the second building on your right, go up the stairs and look to your right (north); the rampage is on the grass - park your car next to the ledge, then jump on the hood and onto the grass. Stay on the ledge and use the manual aiming (R1) to take out the gangsters on the sidewalks.
8. Ocean Beach: Kill 25 Gang Members in 2 Minutes (Shotgun). Use the spiraling multi-level carpark to get to the roof of the mall. The rampage is in the southwest corner, by the ramp. Once it begins, use one of the ramps to jump down to the street and take out the gangsters. These guys are armed, and the fastest way to kill someone is to auto-target them with R1, then fire.
9. Washington Beach: Kill 25 Gang Members in 2 Minutes (MP5). This rampage is located in the hotel/apartment complex across the street to the west of Bunch of Tools (at the east end of the long, pink east-west building).
10. Washington Beach/Vice Point: Kill 30 Gang Members in 2 Minutes (Spaz 12). Behind some bushes at the southeast corner of the Standing Vice Point hotel. This one is extremely easy; the gangsters are, as usual, huddled in groups around the beach. Auto target someone in the group and you can usually take out the whole group with just a few blasts.
11. Vice Point: Kill 10 Gang Members in 2 Minutes (Spaz 12). On the diving board behind the Standing Vice Point hotel. Stay on the diving board and take out the gangsters in the table area.
12. Vice Point: Drive-by and Waste 25 Gang Members in 2 Minutes (Mac 10). At the end of the dead-end road just east of Well-Stacked Pizza. This one is fairly easy if you don't stop your car; you don't want to let the gangsters get in any shots, popping your tires and possibly destroying your car. You're almost guaranteed to gain a two-star wanted level during this mission, so the cops will join the chaos and shoot at you as well. Do not let anyone pull you out of your car!
13. Vice Point: Kill 20 Gang Members in 2 Minutes (Chainsaw). At the southwest end of the dock behind Mercedes' house.
14. Vice Point: Kill 35 Gang Members in 2 Minutes (M4). By the east entrance of the North Point Mall. What can make this mission hard is the mall security guards that are killing sometimes off the gangsters, so do your best to get to them first.
15. Vice Point: Kill 25 Gang Members in 2 Minutes (Python). Behind the northeast corner of the building across the street from #14. Just remember to use auto-target (R1) and this one's in the bag. I only lost 2 armor points!
16. Vice Point: Drive-by and Waste 30 Gang Members in 2 Minutes (Uzi). At the northwest corner of this island, it's behind the light brown/grey building with orange trim.
17. North Point Mall: Kill 30 Gang Members in 2 Minutes (RPG). On the second floor, in the planter in front of the Vinyl Countdown record store (west side of the catwalk). This may very well be the easiest rampage of them all. Just as a precaution: don't shoot from behind a ledge or short wall for risk of the RPG blowing up in your face. It's easy enough to get on level ground with several groups of gangsters.
WEST ISLAND:
18. Downtown: Kill 30 Gang Members in 2 Minutes (Minigun). In the open building with the statue holding up the big ball.
19. Downtown: Kill 40 Gang Members in 2 Minutes (Molotov Cocktails). At the top of some stairs facing the road leading to Prawn Island, just down the street (east) from Ammu-Nation.
20. Downtown: Kill 25 Gang Members in 2 Minutes (Python). At the top of the tall stairs across the street from Ammu-Nation.
21. Downtown: Kill 30 Gang Members in 2 Minutes (Flamethrower). By the ramp to the helipad on the north side of Hyman Stadium.
22. Downtown: Drive-by and Waste 35 Gang Members in 2 Minutes (Mac 10). In the alley on the south side of Well-Stacked Pizza.
23. Downtown: Kill 30 Gang Members in 2 Minutes (M60). Exit the main part of Downtown on the main road (going south, of course) and take the very first right turn, onto the driveway that leads under the Moist Palms Hotel and into the back parking lot. Immediately after the building ends, go right, into the grass. Continue going around the corner and you'll find the rampage.
24. Little Haiti: Kill 35 Gang Members in 2 Minutes (Spaz 12). On the stone dock-like area by the water; see the map for the exact location.
25. Little Haiti: Kill 30 Gang Members in 2 Minutes (Tec9). Behind a house on the west side of the street inbetween the printworks and the flood control ditch.
26. Little Havana: Kill 10 Gang Members in 2 Minutes (Katana). In the alley behind El Banco Corrupto Grande, on a ramp in front of the loading bays.
27. Little Havana: Kill 25 Gang Members in 2 Mintues (Shotgun). In a fenced in basketball course behind some houses.
28. Little Havana: Gun Down 20 Gang Members in 2 Minutes (Sniper Rifle). On the roof of the hospital.
29. Little Havana: Kill 20 Gang Members in 2 Minutes (Ruger). From Cafe Robina, go south to the end of the road. The rampage is on the roof of the building with the pink/orange and white awning; there are stairs around back.
30. Vice Port: Kill 35 Gang Members in 2 Minutes (Grenades). Behind the south end of the Hooker Inn Express.
31. Vice Port: Destroy 15 Vehicles in 2 Minutes (RPG). On the ship by the main entrance to Vice Port (there are ramps leading up to its deck). The rampage is on the east side of the thick white pillar with the two yellow towers on top of it. Go up the south ramp and it's straight ahead. You can prepare beforehand by parking a bunch of vehicles by that south ramp.
32. Escobar International Airport: Kill 25 Gang Members in 2 Minutes (Spaz 12). Inside the main building (ground floor), in the southwest corner, behind the check-in desks.
33. Escobar: Destroy 12 Vehicles in 2 Minutes (RPG). On the roof of the main building. Use a helicopter or the ramp in the surfing billboard in the grass across the street to get up there.
34. Escobar: Destroy 15 Vehicles in 2 Minutes (Minigun). By a small tree just east of Fort Baxter.
STARFISH ISLAND:
35. Runover and Kill 35 Gang Members in 2 Mintues (Car). On the driveway of the house by the west bridge. Park a car by the front gate, then stand on it to be able to jump over. Take the Admiral parked here and jump the ramp a little to your right and straight ahead into the next yard, then drive through the open gate onto the street.

36 Unique Stunt Jumps
[OJ03]
Click here for a map detailing the location of each jump. The best vehicle for these jumps would be the PCJ-600 street bike. To go even faster and jump further, lean forward by slightly pushing forward with the left analog stick. The first jump is worth $800, and every one after that is worth $100 more.
EAST ISLAND:
1. Ocean Beach, Pier 1. Use the only ramp on this pier to jump to Pier 2.
2. Ocean Beach, Pier 2. Continuing from jump 1, this one is straight ahead. For the most success, you should jump #1 and keep speeding forward for #2. After the jump, turn left and use the next ramp to get back onto land.
3. Ocean Beach. The ramp is the stairs under the white building held up by a bunch of thin pillars. You need to clear the next building, with the slanted roof, and land on the roof of the next one. Go to the far end of the alley across the street to gain speed.
4. Ocean Beach. The south-facing ramp on the roof you landed in for #3: land on the roof across the street. You'll need the speed gained from the last jump, so just like with #1 & 2, do them together. If you hit the first ramp at a slight leftward angle, you should be in line for this one. I actually landed in the courtyard between the two south wings of the building you're supposed to be landing on and I got the reward.
5. Ocean Beach. Get to the roof of the multi-level carpark where the 'Cone Crazy' odd job starts. You need to hit the southward ramp in the southwest corner of the roof. Land on the roof across the street.
6. Ocean Beach. The ramp is a stack of wooden pallets. Hit it at a leftward angle to land on the roof ahead and to the left of the jump.
7. Ocean Beach. Get to the roof of the Washington Mall via its multi-level carpark (it has a spiral ramp on the east side of the building). You need to jump the southeast ramp to the rooftop across the street. You'll have used this jump to reach Hidden Package #8.
8. Ocean Beach. Another pair-USJ. Once you land on the roof from #7's jump, jump onto the next building ahead of you (east) and use the north east-facing ramp (the other didn't work for me...) to jump the next rooftop.
9. Ocean Beach. The jump is across the street to the north of the alley you land over in #8; it's another stack of wood. I think you're supposed to land on the roof you landed on for #8, but I just jumped as far as I could into the alley and got the reward.
10. Washington Beach. From #9's ramp, follow the alley north to the end. This jump is the stairs across the street. You'll have used this jump to reach Hidden Package #11.
11. Washington Beach. It's the stairs Lance was standing on for the mission "Guardian Angels." Jump the westward staircase and land in the grass by the police station across the street.
12. Washington Beach. It's the stairs across the alley from #11. Land on the roof or far enough into the alley across the street to the south.
13. Washington Beach. From #12, follow the alley north to the end. This USJ is the wooden ramp on your left. Use it to clear the ramp on the next roof and fly as far as you can.
14. Washington Beach. The cement ramp on the south side of the bridge (east end) by the police station. Clear the water.
15. Washington Beach. The pile of dirt on the opposite side of the water as #14; clear the water.
16. Vice Point. From #14, drive north to the next bridge. The ramp is on the north side; use it to clear the bridge.
17. Vice Point. The USJ is an I-beam sticking out of the building under construction where you met Avery Carrington for his missions. Use the narrow planks of wood to get to the highest level and speed up the northward beam.
18. Vice Point. Use the ramp in front of the Malibu club to clear the water.
PRAWN ISLAND:
19. When entering the island from the east, make the first left and jump the ramp straight ahead. From here, use the western of the two ramps to jump over the alley onto the slanted roof. Now on the west side of this roof, you'll see another ramp. Use it to jump across the street and land on the roof in the film studio.
WEST ISLAND:
20. Downtown. This USJ is the last jump in the film studio mission "G-spotlight." If you chose to use a helicopter to complete that mission (you won't be able to reach this jump until it's complete), go to the dirtbike track in the northeast corner of this island. At the southwest corner, in the grass, is a staircase (I've marked it with a yellow dot on the map). Go up it, and the next staircase, to the roof. Use the eastward ramp to jump to the next rooftop. Follow the next 5 rooftop ramps to a staircase; drive to the top, and use the ramp to jump to the next rooftop. The ramp up here is the USJ; use it to clear the bridge and land on the next roof.
21. Downtown. Use the large staircase across the street from Ammu-Nation to jump onto A-N's roof. This jump is completed during Mitch Baker's mission, "Hog Tied."
22. Downtown. Another USJ completed during the "G-spotlight" mission. Start at Ammu-Nation. Follow the road south and turn left right after the police station. Turn left again when the road ends, then go north until the far end of the building on your left. Make yet another left and go up the staircase. Follow the balcony west and then south around the building. Go through the door and into the elevator (yes, you can take your motorcycle in there; if it's not open, you need to complete G-spotlight first). When you appear up top, follow the hallway around and go to the big window at the north wall. To complete this USJ, you need to drive through the window and land in the hole in the next building. Stay up here to get to #23.
23. Downtown.Tthe ramp is on the roof of the hospital and you need to land on the roof of Secondhand Circuitry, across the street to the north. Continue from where you land in #22. At the end of the 'hole' in the building, look a little to your left; you need to jump to that roof with the high ledges, so gain some speed (don't over-do it) to reach it. Go through the west gap in the ledge and drop down to the next roof. Use the big incline to jump (slightly to the right) to land on the roof across the street. Here, use the northwest ramp to jump to the next roof. You're now on the roof of the hospital. Use the ramp on the northwest corner of the building to jump across the street and land on top of Secondhand Circuitry to complete the USJ.
24. Little Haiti. From the Pay-N-Spray, go north and take the second left after the bridge. Follow the road west, past the first left, and turn into the first alley on your left. Use the ramp in here to clear the next building.
25. Little Haiti. Find the broken down school bus just northwest of the Pay-N-Spray. Across the street to the north, you'll find a wooden ramp in a grassy alley. Use it to clear the bus.
26. Little Haiti. Go behind the Pay-N-Spray and look west. The USJ is the wooden ramp on the other side of the flood-control ditch; use it to fly over the ditch and land near the Pay-N-Spray.
27. Little Havana. Start in front of the hospital. Go north and turn left on the road beside the hospital. Make a right at the end of the road, then turn into the first alley on your left. Make an immediate left and go up the dirt ramp. Follow the roof south to the small ramp and jump it at medium speed. Once you land, go full speed ahead; you'll hit a drop and another immediate incline with which you need to reach the next rooftop.
28. Escobar International Airport. In front of the main building, there's a giant 3D surfing billboard. In the middle of it, the wave doubles as a ramp. Use it to jump onto the roof of the main building.
29. Escobar. In the airport runway area, by the northeast yellow-and-white-striped trapzoidal ramps, you'll find a mobile set of stairs facing east. Use it to jump onto the roof across the street.
30. Escobar. Near the middle of the east airplane loading bridge, you'll find another set of mobile stairs. Use it to jump over the bridge.
31. Escobar. At the northeast end of the diagonal runway, use the left ramp to jump out onto the street.
32. Escobar. On the east side of the west loading bridge, near the end, use the mobile stairs to jump over the bridge.
33. Escobar. Same as #32, but on the opposite side.
34. Escobar. Near the middle of the diagonal runway, you'll find a red radar dish spinning around. On the northeast side of this, you'll see a small yellow ramp. Use it to jump the small building sticking out of the base of the radar.
35. Escobar. On the opposite side of the radar as #34, use the mobile stairs to clear the grassy area.
STARFISH ISLAND
36. Go to the north end of the middle north-south road. Across the street to your right, you'll see an alleyway. Go to the end of it, turn right, and go through the narrow opening into the yard. Go around to the front of the house and you'll see a small staircase. Use it to jump into the next house's yard.

Asset: The Malibu Club
Located in Vice Point, this business costs $120,000. The marker to start the missions is located next to the bar in the back of the club.
1. No Escape? [OJ04]
Get to the Washington Beach police station and walk inside unarmed. Go into the locker room to your left and pick up the police uniform. Go into the hallway and go up the stairs at the far end, on your right. The keycard is in the office straight ahead, and you can find health in the southeast room if you need it. Once you've got the card, go back downstairs and down the next staircase half way down the hall. Go down into the cell area and walk into the marker. You'll now have a 4-star wanted level so quickly get back outside (only shoot at the cops if you can't avoid it) and follow the pink blip south to the Pay-N-Spray to lose the heat. Now just drive Cam to his place on the west island.
Reward: $1,000
2. The Shootist [OJ05]
Get to the Downtown Ammu-Nation and walk into the marker. Hit atleast 61 points worth of targets to impress Phil and get him to join your team. There are three different sections to complete, and instructions are displayed on-screen for all of them. This mission is very straight forward on what you need to do, so there isn't any real advice or tips I can give you.
Reward: $2,000
*You'll get a call from the guy giving you the Assassination missions, opening up the final mission in his strand.
3. The Driver [OJ06]
It's a race: Hilary's driving his Sabre Turbo and you're in a Sentinel (there's no choice in cars here). Simply get through all the checkpoints before he does - or, it would be simple if his car wasn't so powerful and the cops didn't join the chase once you near the police station. You only get a two-star wanted level, so they shouldn't be any trouble. If you hold X right from the start, you should be able to catch up with Hilary enough to nudge his rear end and spin him out around the time the cops come in. You HAVE to drive THROUGH the markers, not just close to them, for each one to count; this resulted in a failure when I thought I had gotten the last checkpoint, but I had to double back and Hilary passed me. After the checkpoint in front of the southern mall, two cops will crash at the upcoming intersection, so be prepared to make a quick right, almost onto the sidewalk. Once the race is over, whether you win or lose, you'll still have your wanted stars, so get to a Pay-N-Spray to shake it off.
Reward: $3,000
4. The Job [OJ07]
Make sure you have full health, armor, and a gun before starting (the one-shot-kills revolver is a great choice). Get in the taxi with the rest of your crew and drive to the marker across the street from the bank on the west island. After the scene, walk into the marker by the bank's front door to change into a new outfit then go inside. After another scene, go through the doorway north of where you're standing and follow it to the first big office area. Some gunmen should jump out and open fire, so take them out. Pick up their guns. There is some armor in the security room in the southeast corner of this office, and health in the east room (don't kill the guy in here!), but don't pick them up just yet. Now continue upstairs and prepare for two more gunmen. One is at the south end of this balcony, and the other is in the room on the east wall. Take them both out and go into the said room and into the elevator. Follow this hallway around to the vault, killing the armed guard here. After a scene, go back to the room where the health pick-up was and get the manager to follow you back to the vault. After another quick scene, go back downstairs to Phil (get the health and armor now) and get ready for a shootout. Walk into the marker for another scene and then kill all the SWAT that drop in from the roof (some will land on the ground, while some are on the balcony). Now go outside, where Hilary will get gunned down. Take out enough SWAT to allow you and Phil (if he dies, you fail) to get into the taxi. If the way that Hilary drove in isn't blocked off by a police cruiser, back out that way. Otherwise, try to squeeze through the two SWAT trucks and follow this main road north to the Pay-N-Spray.
Reward: $50,000
*The Malibu is now an asset, earning $10,000 a day. Be sure to pick the money up regularly to afford another business. The Bank Job outfit is also available in the back room of the Malibu (past where the mission marker was). You'll also get a call from Phil, opening up his mission strand.
===========================================================
Asset: Printworks
Located in Little Havana, this business costs $70,000.
1. Spilling the Beans [OJ08]
Get a gun before starting; health and armor are provided. Get to the Malibu to meet up with Kent Paul. You can take the taxi ($9) if you want. After the scene, get onto the boat by the main entrance to Vice Port (there's armor at the door across the street and health under the ramp going up to the boat if needed). Climp up the stairs on the north end of the boat to reach the marker; take cover and shoot anyone in your way. Once you have the information, you'll get a two-star wanted level. Kill any more guys on the ship and get back down to the street. Drive to the nearby Pay-N-Spray to get rid of it and head back to the printworks.
Reward: $2,000
*Sonny will call again.
2. Hit the Courier [OJ09]
Before starting, I recommend getting a combat shotgun, health, and maybe armor. Get to Vice Port and wait at the entrance (don't go to the dock, there's a ton of armed women waiting for you - I have a plan!). Get out of your car and wait on the median with your shotgun, facing south, over the north-bound lane. When the courier's helicopter lands, he'll get in a car and come your way. Be ready and unload on him. The combat shotgun's speed should get his car smoking, if not on fire, in just a couple seconds. The courier will then get out and run; kill him and quickly pick up the plates he drops. Be careful though, a car full of armed men should be following him. Take the plates back to the printworks.
Reward: $5,000
*The printworks is now an asset, earning $8,000 a day. Pick it up regularly. Ken will call.
===========================================================
Asset: Boatyard
Located in the southeast corner of Vice Port, this business costs $10,000.
1. Checkpoint Charlie [OJ10]
Get in either one of the boats to begin. Personally, the one with the big wing is easier to control. This mission is a basic checkpoint race, but it may take you a few tries to memorize where the markers are so you can prepare your turns beforehand. The section near the beginning, with the jumps, is especially hard because you have to hit the ramps just right, and you can get stuck on the piers. Take your time through this section. The rest should be easy, if full of hairpin turns.
Reward: $5,000
*The boatyard is now an asset, earning $12,000 a day. Pick it up regularly.
===========================================================
Asset: Kaufman Cabs
Located in Little Haiti (a big yellow building), this business costs $40,000.
1. V.I.P. [OJ11]
Get a drive-by gun before starting. Reach the client on Starfish Island before the timer runs out. When you stop in the marker, a rival cab will grab the guy first. Chase him down, doing drive-bys until his car starts smoking black (don't blow him up). Let the client get in your car safely. The rival cab driver is now pissed and will try to ram your car. If the client dies, you fail the mission. Take him to the airport.
Reward: $1,000
2. Friendly Rivalry [OJ12]
Destroy 3 rival cabs. It's easy enough if you do drive-bys on them all.
Reward: $2,000
3. Cabmageddon [OJ13]
Get full health, armor, and a gun before starting (a regular gun, plus a rocket launcher). Pick up Mercedes in the compound just west of the Vice Port Pay-N-Spray. Once you stop in the marker and sound the horn, a bunch of rival cabs come out and you'll need to stay alive until the timer runs out. I just went around the compound in big circles the whole time and barely suffered a scratch. Weaving through the poles in the southwest corner also helps slow down the pursuing cabs. Once the time's up, a leader cab will appear and you'll need to destroy him. The cab seems bullet-proof, as my drive-bys weren't doing any damage. I just kept ramming him until my car caught on fire and let it explode near his. That means his car isn't explosion-proof, so if you aren't able to pull the car-bomb trick off, get a good distance from him and use a rocket launcher to blow up his car. If he doesn't die, but gets out of the car, shoot him.
Reward: $5,000
*Kaufman Cabs is now an asset, making $5,000 a day. Collect it regularly. The zebra cab now spawns in the Kaufman building.
===========================================================
Asset: Interglobal Films
Located on Prawn Island, this business costs $60,000
1. Recuitment Drive [OJ14]
You'll need a drive-by gun. Follow the blip to Candy Suxxx (there's a Patriot behind the southernmost building in the studio if you need a ride). After the quick scene, follow her pimp and kill him. Once you get near, he'll let 4 armed goons out of his car. Just ignore them and focus on the pimp. Once he's taken out, get back to Candy and then to the Downtown pizza parlor to pick up Mercedes. Try not to get any wanted stars; for some reason I always do here. Take them both back to the film studio.
Reward: $1,000
2. Dildo Dodo [OJ15]
This is going to take a few tries if you're not used to flying a plane, but otherwise it should be pretty easy. Get in the marked sea plane then pause and look at your map. You need to go through all the blips. I find it easiest to start at the one above the dirt race track. Once you hit your first blip, a second one will be chosen for you. An easy path is to follow the blips going south and west towards the airport, then go to the one over Vice Port, then follow the blips north above the main road. There is one blip that is in between two close buildings, so take a wide turn through there, then back over the main road for the last blips.
Reward: $2,000
3. Martha's Mug Shot [OJ16]
You'll definitely need full health, armor, and a gun for this one. My gun of choice is the combat shotgun. Get in the helicopter in the northwest corner of the studio and follow Candy's limo. Do not get too far behind or ahead, even if you memorize where she's going; you'll just fail the mission. After the scene, land in the yard across the street and walk through the door on the south wall. Get to the top of the stairs and look out the big window/balcony and take 3 pictures (they don't need to be different; 3 quick shots is good). You'll now have a 5-star wanted level. Go back down the stairs, but be prepared because when you get near the bottom, there will be two armed FBI agents waiting on each level. Auto-target (R1) one of them with the shotgun, shoot, then switch targets (R2/L2) to the other guy and shoot him. If you're quick, you should lose very little health before going outside. Once outside, quickly get in your helicopter (there will be FBI agents on the street, but I none came up to me and the helicopter) and fly back to the studio. There will be FBI agents there, so land as close to the marker as possible, get out, and sprint to it before you're killed.
Reward: $4,000
4. G-spotlight [OJ17]
Get on the PCJ-600 by the entrance of the studio and get to the pink blip. Follow the markers around to the inside of the building and into the elevator. The rest of this mission is very easy to follow, but it has you jumping from rooftop to rooftop, three of the jumps being USJ's (Unique Stunt Jumps), and you have to finish before 7:00. Calculate every single jump before attempting it, and remember that crouching forward (push the left stick forward slightly) will speed you up for those jumps with short runways. Checkpoints are scarce, so if you fall down to the street, you have to start all over at the beginning (don't give up the mission, you have plenty of time). The first jump, out of the window and into the open section of the building, is a USJ.
From here, you can just drop down to the street, find a helicopter, and fly to the destination (click here), but if you follow the marked path, you can complete a few USJ's.
The next USJ is from the roof of the hospital to the roof of the building across the street. Once you reach the buildings by the dirt track, a staircase will drop down: your first checkpoint. If your bike is smoking, find another one (must be a PCJ-600) on the street and continue with that. Keep following the path of jumps until you reach the third USJ, which is your last jump, onto the building with the spotlight. Another staircase will drop down here; not that you need it. Walk up to the marker by the light to finish the mission and, along with the rest of the city, behold Candy's breasts.
Reward: $8,000
*The studio is now an asset, earning $7,000 a day. Collect it regularly. Kent Paul will call you; nothing important.
===========================================================
Asset: Sunshine Autos
Located in Little Havana, this business costs $50,000
1. Vehicle Impound [OJ18]
You'll find the list of wanted cars around back, by the garage they need to be delivered to. Once a list is complete, a reward car will spawn in the showroom.
List 1:
-Landstalker: On Starfish Island, in the driveway of the northwest house.
-Idaho:
-Esperanto: I found it while driving a Faggio (scooter) around Ocean Beach.
-Stallion:
-Rancher:
-Blista Compact: I found it while driving a PCJ-600 around Washington Beach.
Reward: The Deluxo now spawns in the showroom and the business earns $1,500 daily.
*I got a call at this point from Ken, saying something was going on at the print works, opening up the 'Cap the Collector' mission.
List 2:
-Sabre:
-Virgo:
-Sentinel: Spawns in the showroom.
-Stretch: Spawns on the west side of your mansion's front steps.
-Washington:
-Admiral: In the driveway of the building by Starfish Island's west bridge; stand on a car to jump over the front gate and use the ramp in the yard to jump into the next yard and drive out onto the street.
Reward: The Sabre Turbo now spawns in the showroom and the daily business earnings raise to $4,000.
List 3: (all on Starfish Island, except for the Stinger)
-Cheetah: Spawns in the driveway of the house by the east bridge to the island.
-Infernus: Spawns in front of your mansion's garage.
-Banshee: Spawns in the driveway of the white house in the center of the island (the westernmost house).
-Phoenix: Parked in a garage of a brown square house on the north side; the gate is closed, but you can get in there through the alley on the west side and use the ramp in the front yard to jump out onto the street).
-Comet: Spawns inside the garage of the northeast house with the U-shaped driveway.
-Stinger:
Reward: The Sandking now spawns on the second floor of the showroom, and the daily business earnings raise to $6,500.
List 4:
-Voodoo: Parked in front of Auntie Paulet's house in Little Haiti.
-Cuban Hermes: Driving around Little Havana.
-Caddy: In the golf course; use the ramp on the west side of the entrance building to get back onto the street.
-Baggage Handler: At the airport, in front of a small hangar next to the lone helipad in the south.
-Mr. Whoopee: Buy the Cherry Poppers Ice Cream factory and one will spawn out front (get out of the truck to cancel the mission).
-Pizza Boy: Parked at the drive-thru window of any of the Well Stacked Pizza parlors (press R3 to cancel the mission that starts).
Reward: The Hotring Racer now spawns on the second floor of the showroom, and the daily business earnings raise to $9,000.
2. Street Races [OJ19]
To win all of these races easily, bring a rocket launcher and don't stop in the corona to begin the race. Instead, shoot inbetween the three other cars and blow them all up. Now start the race and take your time finishing it because you have absolutely no chance to lose... unless you die or something. Or if you want to race legitimately, use a Hotring Racer or another powerful car, such as an Infernus or Cheetah. They should all be fairly easy wins if you take it easy and be careful not to crash. When starting each race, it's usually best to wait a second before taking off. The other racers are very reckless and they'll be crashing into each other; just save yourself the damage. Do your best to pass through the center of each checkpoint, because if you pass through the edges, you might have to back up through it again before the next one will appear.
1) Terminal Velocity: $400. Tip: Watch out for the U-turn right after you exit the lower-level road!
2) Ocean Drive: $2,000.
3) Border Run: $4,000.
4) Capital Cruise: $8,000. Tip: Be careful around bridges; the bumps in the road will cause your (and your opponents) cars to bounce around and possibly off into the water or causing you to flip your car.
5) Tour!: $20,000. Tip: That hill on the west side of the North Point Mall is especially tricky; take it slow!
6) V.C. Endurance: $40,000. Tip: This is a very long race, so take your time and avoid damage at all costs.

Asset: Cherry Popper Ice Cream Factory
Located in Little Havana, on the west island's main road, this business costs $20,000
1. Distribution [OJ20]
Use the Cherry Popper van to distribute your product around Vice City. I recommend selling on Starfish Island for the most profit. Your goal is to make 50 sales in one sitting (not all at once, just don't exit the truck until the 50 are accomplished). Press L3 to turn on the truck's music and stop to attract customers. Let them come up to you, and after a few seconds, they'll leave, meaning you've sold some of your product. Dealing is illegal, so after about every three deals, you'll get a wanted star; drive away to wear it off (if you get more than one star, get to a Pay-N-Spray). Once you lose the heat, get back to dealing until you've reached your target of 50; then exit the truck and the ice cream factory will earn $3,000 a day.
===========================================================
Asset: The Pole Position Club
Located in Ocean Beach, this business costs $30,000. When you walk in, the Mr. Vercetti outfit will unlock.
1. Private Dance [OJ21]
Simply sit in the back room until you've spent $600 in one sitting to start earning money from this place. The money drops in $5 incriments, so it's going to take about 10 minutes. It's a shame the people look so bad in this game, or the time in here might be worth it.
Reward: The Club will now earn $4,000 a day.
===========================================================
Chopper Checkpoint Races
[OJ22]
1. Ocean Beach Chopper Checkpoint. Use a helicopter or Unique Stunt Jump #3 to get onto the building with the pink roof (the required landing for said USJ, and last checkpoint in PCJ Playground). Get in the helicopter to begin. You have no time limit, so take it easy for your first run-through.
Reward: $100
2. Vice Point Chopper Checkpoint. This helicopter is located on the ground, in the grassy courtyard across the street to the east of Mercedes' house. Just like before, there isn't a timelimit.
Reward: $100
3. Downtown Chopper Checkpoint. This one is accessable by foot too. From the Greasy Chopper bar or Howlin' Pete's Bike Imporium (they're on the same street; one south of the police station), follow the road east and then north. After the intersection, continue north, following the building on your left to its far end. Turn left and go up the stairs to find the chopper. Be especially careful collecting the few checkpoints that require you to pass through buildings. When you're done with the race, you might as well use this helicopter to get to the next one, which isn't accessible by foot.
Reward: $100
4. Little Haiti Chopper Checkpoint. Use a helicopter or USJ #24 to reach this Sparrow. You know what to do.
Reward: $100

Cone Crazy
[OJ23]
Location: The Ocean Beach multi-level parking garage; the Stallion on the roof.
You need to collect all 5 markers (in any order) before the time runs out, and you can't destroy any cones. First, reverse into the one behind you. Drive to the next one, just south of you. Collect the one by the southern ramp to the lower level. Get the last two on the southeast ramp.
Reward: $200
===========================================================
Dirt Track Races
Location: The dirt track at the northeast corner of the west island.
1. Trial By Dirt [OJ24]
Get on the Sanchez (dirtbike). Simply do two laps around the track at your own pace.
Reward: $100
2. Test Track [OJ25]
Just like with Trial By Dirt, but in reverse. Take your time and don't flip the truck!
Reward: $100
===========================================================
Firefighter
[OJ26]
Get in a fire truck and press R3. I recommend you do this on the east island; the west may have the main road for easy access to all areas, but if you've passed the missions that turn the Haitians against you, the mission will be a real pain with them shooting at you and trying to pull you out of the truck. Anyway, once you begin, a blip will appear on your radar, indicating a car that's on fire. Get to the car and press Circle to use the water cannon and move the right analog stick to rotate the cannon. As you go up through the levels, people will begin to get out of the car and you'll have to put them out too. The trouble is, they run for it and you have to chase after them. Pass level 12 to collect your reward.
Reward: Tommy becomes fireproof
===========================================================
Paramedic
[OJ27]
Location: Get in any Ambulance and press R3.
Once you press R3, a yellow blip will appear on the radar, indicating a patient that needs delivering to the hospital. Get to them and stop so they can climb into your truck, then drive them back to the hospital. Your goal is to complete level 12. If you kill a patient, by running them over or crashing too much while they're in your truck, you fail the mission and have to start over from the beginning. Just be careful and you'll get through this without a hitch. The Ambulance has a capacity limit of 3 patients, so starting at level 4, you'll have to make multiple trips to the hospital. Use your sirens (L3) to clear traffic to help avoid crashes.
Reward: Infinite Sprint
===========================================================
PCJ Playground
[OJ28]
You'll find a PCJ-600 parked in a southwest corner of the Standing Vice Point hotel (the building across the street to the southeast of the Malibu club). Get onto trigger the Playground odd job. You have 120 seconds (two minutes) to collect 24 checkpoints, and the timer will start once you pass through the first one. Speed up the wooden ramp ahead (it's the ramp you saw in the short movie showing the checkpoints) to jump through the first checkpoint. Go through the next checkpoint and drop down to the alley. Jump the stairs to get the next one, continue through the alley for the next two checkpoints, then jump the stairs for another, then land on the roof across the street. Collect the checkpoint up here and then drop back down into the alley. Follow it for three more, then hit the wooden ramp for one in the air. Continue through the alley for three more, cross the street into the next alley for two more, make a right for another (look at the radar for the exact turn), then cross the street west, into the underground stairs, for three more. Follow the street north for the next checkpoint, then make a left at the next street for another. Turn left at the next checkpoint and use the stairs straight ahead (back up a into the alley (atleast half way) across the street for some speed) for a checkpoint in the air, clear the first building, and land on the pink roof of the next for the final checkpoint. This may take a couple tries to memorize the path enough to get through it quickly, but then it's easy enough.
Reward: $1,000
===========================================================
Pizza Delivery
[OJ29]
Get on a Pizza Boy (a Faggio decked out like a pizza delivery bike, they can be found at any of the Well-Stacked Pizza buildings) to begin. Get to the yellow blip on the radar and throw a pizza to the customer like you would perform a drive-by. You might want to stop to make sure it gets to them. Sometimes they'll run after the pizza if you miss, but sometims not; why waste a pizza? IReturn to the pizza parlor for more orders (or more pizzas if you need them). To get the reward, you'll need to complete level 10; you'll get the 'mission complete' message when you return to the pizza parlor.
Reward: $5,000 and Max health rises to 150

RC Checkpoint Races
1. RC Bandit Race [OJ31]
Location: The Top Fun van on the east island's beach.
Get in the van to begin; you'll get a description of the mission. Just like with the Sunshine Autos street races, you have to pass through the checkpoints; do your best to hit the center or you'll probably have to backtrack and go through again. Don't even worry about where the other cars are on the track because you can't crash into them; you just go right through. Do your best to stay in the middle of the track. If you hit the sides, it's very easy to slow down, or even stop or spin out. The second half of the track is very narrow, with plenty of sharp turns, so if you make a mistake there, it's easy to fall behind a position or two.
Reward: $100
2. RC Baron Race [OJ32]
Location: The Top Fun van on the top level of the North Point Mall's carpark.
Just like with the Bandit race, but with airplanes. It's much easier because you're not on a narrow track, but the Baron is a little harder to handle, and if you crash into something (watch out for streetlights!), you're going down - it's still possible to get back up and win the race though. The race ends at an exceptionally pink marker at the south end of the beach.
Reward: $100
3. RC Raider Pickup [OJ33]
Location: The Top Fun van just inside the southeast entrance to the airport.
You have 20 checkpoints to pick up. There isn't a time limit, so take it slow and avoid destroying the helicopter from crashing too much. Especially be careful on #8; it's underneath an airplane and it's easy to get caught under there and suffer a lot of damage. For the last checkpoint, the radar may make it seem like it's under that big metal awning, but it's not - do not go under there! It's on the south side of the awning between a couple containers.
Reward: $100
===========================================================
Rifle Range
[OJ34]
This mission can be found in the Downtown Ammu-Nation; just walk into the back room. It's very straight forward: shoot as many targets as possible. However, reaching a score of 45 can be challenging. What I did was take out all of the parts of the closest target except for the head, and just shoot at the other two targets for the entirety of the mission. The front one's only worth one point when you destroy the whole thing, so it's not worth shooting every time; the back two are worth 2 and 3 points each. The most important thing to remember is to not go trigger-happy. Make sure every bullet hits. I reached 45 with an 89% accuracy. Keep an eye on your score and your ammo. If it looks like you're running low on ammo, only shoot at the furthest target to get the most points, and ignore the others.
Reward: Score higher than 45 to make your reloads faster
===========================================================
Stadium Events
Location: Hyman Memorial Stadium, Downtown. Events change everyday, so look at the banner above the door to see what's going on today. The doors open at 20:00. If you lose a race, you'll have to wait a few days until the event re-opens to try again.
1. Hot Ring [OJ35]
Once you enter the building, you'll get a quick description of how this mission works. Once the race starts, take it slow; let the other cars spin each other out and sneak ahead when you get an opening. First place should come easy, but holding it is tough. If your car starts smoking, stop in the marker in the pit until the cars 'health' meter fills up again. You can get back into the race anytime you want by simply driving out. If it's possible, try staying out of the pit altogether. The stupid AI makes this race harder than it should be. If you've got a gun, you can do drive-bys to destroy the other racers.
Reward: $500 (3rd), $1,500 (2nd), or $5,000 (1st)
2. Blood Ring [OJ36]
It's a destruction derby, and Hyman's hardest event. The game will tell you what needs to be done. You can do drive-bys if you have a gun. It's actually pretty easy if you're a decent driver. The competitors seem more intent on crashing into other cars than going after the markers.
Reward: $1,000, plus $100 for every car destroyed
3. Dirt Ring [OJ37]
Another (literally) self-explanatory mission. You don't have a time limit, but the faster you complete the event, the larger your reward. The marker on the bus at the north end of the stadium is the most frustrating one there
Reward: $5,00 (if it takes over 10 minutes), $10,00 (5-10 minutes), or $50,000 (under 5 minutes)
===========================================================
Store Hold-Ups
[OJ38]
There are 15 stores around Vice City that you need to hold up. You'll need a gun with auto-target (R1 to lock onto a person). Go up to the store clerk and target them. They'll start coughing up cash and you'll get a one-star wanted level (and an additional star for every cash icon after the first; only one is required). Grab the money and head to the nearest Pay-N-Spray before attempting another robbery. You don't have to kill the clerk, but if you shoot him right after he first drops money, you can prevent the alarm from going off or getting more wanted stars.
Click here for a map detailing the location of each store.
East Island:
1) Bunch of Tools (Washington Beach) - To find this, simply look at this area on your map for a blue square icon with a hammer in it.
2) Jewelry Store (Vice Point) - From the Well-Stacked Pizza in this area, follow the building's east road north about a block. It's the only open building on the left side of the road.
3) Dispensary (Vice Point) - Behind the hotel at the hairpin turn in the road, there's a group of buildings with a wide, brick sidewalk going around it. The Dispensary is on the west side of this group of buildings.
4) Grocery Store (Vice Point) - Directly behind the Dispensary, in the pink building.
5) Gash (North Point Mall) - On the first floor of the mall, between the two south entrances.
6) Tooled Up (North Point Mall) - On the first floor, just northwest of Gash.
7) Jewelry Store (North Point Mall) - On the first floor, by the northeast entrance.
8) VInyl Countdown (North Point Mall) - On the second floor, in the middle of the west side.
West Island:
9) Jewelry Store (Downtown) - Across the street and just north of the Well-Stacked Pizza parlor; it's a blue building with a big window.
10) Dispensary (Downtown) - From the Hospital, go south to the end of the road; it's the building to the left (east) of Rock City.
11) Ryton Aide (Little Haiti) - One building north of the Pay-N-Spray.
12) Laundromat (Little Havana) - From the Little Haiti Pay-N-Spray, go south and take your first right. Follow this road west, all the way to the end (past the yellow printworks building (one of the purchasable assets businesses)). Turn left; it's the building on your right.
13) Cafe Robina (Little Havana) - From the Sunshine Autos, go north to the end of the road. Turn left, then right, then go (north) to the end of the road. The cafe is across the street from the yellow Rockstar Games billboard.
14) Screw This (Little Havana) - On your map, locate the blue square icon with a hammer in this area.
15) Delicatessen Restaurant (Little Havana) - The orange building with the yellow awning across the street from the police station.

Taxi Driver
[OJ39]
Get in a taxi and press R3 to begin. A yellow blip will appear on your radar, indicating a client. Pull up to them and stop to let them in, then drive them to their destination. Repeat this 99 times to claim your reward. You do not have to deliver all 100 fares in one sitting.
Reward: Boost (press L3 while driving and taxi to make the car jump)
===========================================================
Vigilante/Brown Thunder
[OJ40]
Get in any police, FBI, or army vehicle and press R3 to begin the Vigilante odd job; get in a Hunter (Apache helicopter) and press R3 to begin Brown Thunder, which is the same thing as Vigilante, just with a different name. Your goal is to pass level 12.
Once you begin, a blip will appear on your radar, indicating a criminal(s) that you need to kill before the on-screen time runs out. This mission is definitely easiest if you use a tank or Hunter (they both spawn at Fort Baxter after you collect 90 and 100 Hidden Packages, respectively), because they have built-in guns. The tank is almost indistructible, impervious to spike strips, and blows up any car on contact; and the Hunter can fly, making trips around the city fast, and it can keep you out of the enemies' shooting range. If you want to use a standard car, such as a police cruiser or FBI Rancher, equip yourself with a drive-by gun with tons of ammo and kill the criminals that way. The downside to this mission is that helping the police is illegal; you'll gain a wanted star over time and they'll do all they can to stop you. The tank and Hunter become especially helpful here. Just remember the most important rule for using land vehicles in police chases: never stop moving, or risk getting pulled out by a cop. When you've completed level 12, you can quit by pressing R3 again, but you'll still have your wanted level, so head to a Pay-N-Spray and steal a nearby 'civilian' vehicle to lose the heat; or find some police bribes and then change into some new clothes when you're down to two stars to quickly get rid of them. With a tank, I only got a wanted level of 3, and the whole mission didn't seem to take more than 20 minutes.
Reward: Max armor increases to 150
===========================================================
Congratulations!
You should now have reached 100% game completion. You now have infinite ammo, your max health and armor have increased to 200, and the cars you drive can take twice the damage they used to before they explode. The Frankie outfit ("I completed Vice City and all I got was this lousy t-shirt") is now available in your office at the Vercetti Estate. If you don't have 100% and don't know what you could be missing, check out the contents section at the top of the page and make sure you have all story missions and odd jobs complete.

First, go inside and make a left into the locker room to change into the police uniform (this won't be there until you've completed the said mission). Now go down to the staircase at the end of the hallway, on the right. The package is in the office at the opposite side of the room.

35 Rampages
===========================================================
===========================================================
===========================================================
===========================================================
===========================================================
===========================================================

===========================================================
===========================================================
===========================================================
===========================================================
Cone Crazy
===========================================================
===========================================================
Firefighter
===========================================================
Paramedic
===========================================================
===========================================================

===========================================================
Rifle Range
===========================================================
===========================================================
===========================================================
Taxi Driver
===========================================================
Reward: Max armor increases to 150
===========================================================
